1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to private car service booked through san2lax.com, by phone, or by email with San2LAX, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC. By requesting a quote or booking a ride you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
- Our online form requests a quote. Your price is quoted per trip and is locked at booking.
- Payment is completed through secure online checkout. We do not store card numbers.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are fully refundable.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee.
- No-shows are charged the full fare.
4. Flight Tracking
For airport pickups we monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed we adjust your pickup time.
5. Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger, and contact details. We may be unable to complete a ride if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
You opt in to text messages only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our online booking form at https://san2lax.com/book/. Providing your phone number by calling, booking, or requesting a quote does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to use our service.
- Program: San2LAX customer care text messages, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC.
- Message types: quote and booking links, booking confirmations, and status updates about your ride. Transactional customer care only; we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Message frequency: varies based on your quote and booking activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.

- Privacy: mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
- No purchase required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San2LAX is not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, or other events outside our control.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
