San2LAX provides private car service between San Diego and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and related airport transfers. San2LAX is operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through san2lax.com, our online booking form, and by phone, email, and text message, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or book a ride, we collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, number of passengers, and vehicle choice
- Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store card numbers
- Communications you send us by phone, email, text message, or web form
We also automatically collect standard website data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through cookies and analytics tools.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
You consent to receive text messages from San2LAX only by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our online booking form at https://san2lax.com/book/. Providing your phone number alone (by calling, booking, or requesting a quote) does not enroll you in text messaging. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use our service without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Program: San2LAX customer care text messages, operated by MjM Managements Group, LLC. We send quote and booking links, booking confirmations, and status updates about your ride. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent) will NOT be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing; they are not shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.

4. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare your quote, fulfill your booking, and provide your ride

- To send text messages about your booking, but only if you checked the SMS consent box

5. Service Providers
We share your information only with service providers needed to operate our business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their service for us:
- Messaging and telephony providers (including Twilio) that deliver text messages and calls.
- Payment processor (Stripe) that handles secure checkout.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) for website traffic measurement.
- Hosting and email providers that run our website and send our email.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion (subject to legal exceptions), and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
